So many times in our lives, we feel alone and not wanted, we feel like no one cares about the things we go through. You give a lot and get a little back, sometimes you even get nothing back but hate and wickedness. That is the kind of life that we live in, but in the midst of all these, there is a friend that sticks closer than a brother, He got His eyes on you. Imagine if He watches over the sparrow, how much more you that He created in His own image.
God is so concerned about your affairs that it breaks His heart when He sees you in any sort of discomfort or pain and He only wishes that you understand that in everyone's life, there are different phases that we need to pass through as human and if you have not gone through that phase successfully you cannot move to the next phase.
Remember that the teacher is always silent in the time of a test but that doesn't mean the teacher is not watching you. There was this story that i read about a village that the young men would be taken to a forest blindfolded when they get to a certain age just to get initiated to manhood. They are not allowed to open the blindfold no matter what kind of sound they might hear in the middle of the night. Now that is a very scary thing to even think about not to talk of going through it. So this young man went with fear in his heart towards that night but also the determination to be a man. He was taken to the forest by his father in blindfolds, the father said his goodbyes and turned to leave.In the midst of all his fears through the night, thinking he was alone and could be devoured by a wild animal, he was tempted to take off the blindfold ("I mean who would see him, he was alone in the forest".) He fought the temptation and determined to leave the blindfold, so at the first crow of the rooster in the morning, He took off his blindfold, and guess who was sitting with him in the forest, His father. Now, the test was to prove his steadfastness and endurance in the face of trouble.
Just the same this young man's father didn't leave him in the dark of the nigh in the cold hands of the animals in the forest, in the same likeness, God will never leave us stranded, even when we feel like He is not there, He surely is, keeping His eyes on us making sure we are safe and sound.If HE can watch over the sparrow, how much more we that He created in His own image. HE loves us too much to leave us stranded.
