INSPIRATION ‘R’ US

Everybody has got a life story, both good and bad; what matters is how, when and if you decide to share yours, but regardless of what your story is the good, the bad or the ugly, someone somewhere has had it worse one way or another; but then what you do with your story is what determine the outcome of your story, so do you want your story to be a success story, or a lamentation story.Let me share the story of this woman that i saw on Facebook with you. Her name is Antonina L Griffin, many people might have heard of her or not; but all her life, from the time she was a child, she saw her mother constantly been molested and beaten by men, her father was not in the picture, there and then in her eyes, her mother was maltreated until she died, she died when she was nine years old. After the death of her mother, she moved in with her aunt, who had a boyfriend that constantly molested her for three years, that means from the age of 9 to the very age of 12, she was constantly molested sexually by her aunt's boyfriend.

She got pregnant at the age of 17 and only had the support of her grandmother, her grandmother died at the age of age of 18, leaving her with three months old baby, at this point she had absolutely nothing to her name, only a High School graduate, eventually she got into the hands of a wrong man and had two more kids for him, he constantly beat and maltreat her as well, to a point where her friends were so scared for her life, through her story, she relayed how her son constantly watched her being molested by this man just like she watched her mother being molested by a man (repetition of family history), she finally summoned the courage to leave the relationship because of the constant abuse and fear for her life, therefore, she became homeless with three kids, yes, oh my goodness!!! She started selling drugs for the survival of her and her kids, as a result of this, her car got shot up, so did her house, and in the midst of all these trials, she got raped one night while sleeping outside which left her further depressed and tired of life. And then to top it all up, she got pregnant as a result of the rape; imagine, she now has four kids and three baby daddies, i felt like crying when i was reading through her story.

And then came the change, she met Jesus, and He did a 360 degree turn around in her life, she went from zero to hero, she now owns over 3 businesses, 2 of which are non for profit organization and to top it all up, she met her soul mate, they got married and they have been living happily since that time. Look at that, despite all she went through and all her past, making her future look so dim and not possible but God showed forth and made her a better person that she ever could have been. The beauty about God is when He looks at you, He doesn't see your past, your sins, your mistakes, He sees the blood that was shared on the cross of Calvary, He sees His precious gift to mankind. God does not judge you or hold your past against you. So what is that past that the devil is using to haunt you, what are those things that you have done and have refused to let go? 

Do NOT let the devil deceive you into believing that God has condemned you or that He does not care about you because He does, He created you for a purpose and you must fulfill that that purpose regardless of what the devil does.

No matter what your story is, you can make it into a success story that will shock the world and help you win souls in ways that you do NOT expect or believe.
