PRAISE CONFUSE THE ENEMY.
It is very amazing how once when you give your worries to God how He gives you a peace that you never thought you possessed, and then you think to yourself that all that was required was just for me to give my worries and fears to the Lord and let Him take care of it. Practically, it is not easy to totally lose control of things and not be worried about the outcome of event or why things are not going the way the way we expected but think of how harder it would be if God says give me praise in the midst of your confusion. "I have conquered the world for you" says the Lord of Host.
I was on Facebook today and in i saw a video that talked about God having His own way of handling things, and right there I thought to myself, yes He does and His ways are not ours.
Truth is as humans, we are expected to stress about the next meal, stress about the next pay-check, stress about that promotion that we are not getting, worry about the failing relationship; it is very easy for the troubles of this world to put us in a box and worry and stressing over the things that we cannot control but why not try a different approach to the situations in our lives. At the beginning of this week, I was in the web of things not going as I have envisaged them to turn out so I started to stress and worry (I'm only human, you know) in the midst of my troubles, I got a revelation from God and He said to me to create an atmosphere of praise around me because He has settled the world for my sake.

"No matter the situation, as long as you have an attitude of praise towards it, the devil cannot win. Your praise confuses the enemy and throws Him off guard" (Adeola Oladele)
