How happy and fulfilled will you feel if you realized that because of you someone was redeemed and their lives changed for the better just because you tapped into the inner goodness that has been embedded into you by the Most High God. Tapping into the goodness that God has deposited into your life and being a blessing to other people is way more fulfilling than anything that one can ever seek for; why? Because the feeling that you have been able to touch just one life by either your singing, or your smile or the the words that come out of your mouth will give a purpose-driven and achievement that you cannot get from anywhere in life, no matter how successful you become in life.
So about a year ago, I have been having this urge to start a blog, but for the fear of failure and all, I didn't work on that feeling until about a month later. And even after I started the blog, all I would write was just a line because I didn't understand how someone would just sit down and decide to read what it is that I have to write, you know I didn't believe in myself enough to feel that God was trying to use me for a purpose. Eventually, I got the balls to start writing, I would write and not post because I would think of the likes of Linda Ikeji and all of them, how their blog is a gossip blog and that's why it is out there. In the midst of all this, I thought to start off as a gossip blog and then transfer gradually into inspirational and motivational which was the original plan.
Meanwhile, God kept telling me that His purpose for my writing is not to gossip but it is to touch lives, I mean ME? touch lives, have I even touch my own life, what is there to use as a testimony? These were all the questions that was going through my head as of that time so eventually I made my debut writing on 9/30/15 and since then I have a pour of what to write from the throne of Heaven.And just because I followed closely on the command of God, I have gotten a lot of testimonies from friends, family and even people that I don't know about how my writing has come in the right time that it was needed, how it was a word in the right season. Because I made the decision to tap into the God-given talent that has been embedded into me, I have not only touched myself and become a more fulfilled individual but I have also been able to touch a couple of people in and out of the United States.
Now, the lesson of the story is that it doesn't matter that gift that you have, no matter how small it might look to you, in the eyes of God, it is not small at all but He has given it to you to be a blessing to the people around you and the good thing is once you start walking in that light, you will get testimonies from people that you never expected and you will feel fulfilled from deep within.
Trust God to know the plan He has towards you.
